Working closely with CB Richard Ellis’ offices across the globe, Gikonyo’s focus is on continually improving the delivery proposition, coverage, capabilities and processes to various clients in Kenya.
He also has a good working knowledge of the Kenyan property market and the various trends for sale and leasing of properties and has significant experience in the formulation of profitable real estate strategy for corporate clients.
